Week 6 in our 8 week Warrior Class series increases in sophistication and content while covering traditional warm ups, drills, techniques and forms to get your kungfu optimized. It is recommended to use this series in the  sequence provided to avoid injury as the course esclates. Take your time with each drill.  Isolate drills you seek particular compentency in and repeat them often.  The Chinese are known to say that the minimum of 1,000 repetitions is required for excellence. Check out The Kung Fu Connection Channel on You Tube for more juicy material.
